Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AB Clans ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use online services in your jurisdiction. Account access is provided through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account
• All activity performed through your account
• Providing accurate information
• Not impersonating any person, clan, or brand

3. Service Features

AB Clans includes clan management, leaderboards, market items, mission systems, chat, and game features such as Daily Spin, Faction Roll, Head-to-Head, and tournaments. Features may change over time.

4. Virtual Currency and Points

The Service may include virtual balances, including player coins, clan treasury coins, and clan points.

• Virtual balances are licensed digital features, not property
• Virtual balances have no cash value and are not redeemable for money
• Coin purchases are optional and are intended to support ongoing platform development and operations
• We may adjust earning rates, sinks, limits, and mission rewards at any time
• Deposits to clan treasury are irreversible and cannot be withdrawn back to player balance
• Use of coins in games and game modes is at your sole discretion and risk
• Coins spent or lost due to gameplay outcomes are final and are not refundable, except where required by law

5. Market Items and Licenses

Market purchases (such as avatar frames, profile backgrounds, and clan tag styles) grant a non-transferable license to use digital items in AB Clans.

• Items may be limited edition, time-limited, seasonal, or otherwise restricted
• Availability windows may close and prevent new purchases at any time
• Store inventory, pricing, and item details may be changed, suspended, or removed without prior notice
• Owned items may remain usable even after sale windows end, where supported
• We may disable or remove items that violate policy, law, or third-party rights

6. Paid Services and Billing

Some features require payment (for example premium subscriptions, sponsored features, or optional coin top-ups). Payments are processed by Stripe or other providers.

• You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method
• Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled
• Prices, fees, taxes, and feature scopes may be updated or changed at any time (with notice where required by law)
• Refunds are handled in line with applicable law and payment provider requirements
• We do not guarantee outcomes, winnings, or progression from any game spend

7. Clans and Leadership

Clan presidents and officers are responsible for clan settings, moderation, and treasury usage.

• Clan names, tags, and media must comply with these terms and applicable law
• You may not impersonate existing clans, organizations, or trademarks
• Clan management actions and purchases may be logged for audit and security

8. Games, Missions, and Competitive Integrity

Game results, mission progress, and rewards are computed by system rules and may be adjusted to preserve balance, fairness, and platform integrity.

• No bots, automation, scripted input, or exploit abuse
• No multi-account abuse or collusion to manipulate outcomes
• No fraudulent tournament or mission submissions
• We may reverse rewards and apply penalties for abuse

9. Chat and Community Conduct

You may not use chat or user-generated content to harass, threaten, spam, scam, or distribute malicious links.

• We may filter, mask, remove, or moderate chat content
• No hateful, illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or doxxing content
• No malware distribution, phishing, or deceptive link posting
• We may rate-limit, mute, suspend, or ban accounts for abuse

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant AB Clans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content to operate and improve the Service.

• You represent that you have rights to submit your content
• We may remove content that violates policy or law
• Public profile and clan content may be visible to other users

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Access systems without authorization
• Interfere with service availability, performance, or security
• Reverse engineer protected code where prohibited by law
• Resell accounts, benefits, or digital items outside authorized systems

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, suspected fraud, legal risk, or platform safety reasons.

• We may remove illegitimate rewards, balances, or rankings
• Termination may result in loss of access to virtual items and balances
• Data may be retained where required for legal, security, or audit reasons

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers (including Discord and Stripe). Their products are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AB CLANS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR VIRTUAL BALANCES.

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
